How We Use Your Data

AI-Powered Categorization

If you choose to use AI-powered transaction categorization, please note:

  • Transaction descriptions may be sent to OpenAI for processing
  • You provide your own API key, meaning data goes directly to OpenAI
  • This feature is entirely optional and opt-in
  • Review OpenAI's privacy policy for their data handling practices

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your data at any time. When you request deletion:

  • All your payment records will be permanently removed
  • Your categories and classifications will be deleted
  • Your account settings will be erased
  • This action is irreversible
